Michael Jai White Set to Produce Outlaw Johnny Black—with a Little Help from His Fans and Indiegogo
Los Angeles—Michael Jai White and Byron Minns, the brothers who brought you the smooth-talking, ass-kicking, ex-CIA agent Black Dynamite, today announced the launch of the official fan-funding campaign for The Outlaw Johnny Black, powered by Indiegogo. The campaign seeks to raise $1 million to produce, market, and distribute the film.
“The Outlaw Johnny Black is a hilarious action comedy western that will be our first fan-funded film produced and distributed completely outside the studio system under our new production company, Jaigantic Studios,” said Michael. “Without our loyal fans we wouldn’t be here today, and this is an opportunity for them to help us make history and be a part of the new revolution in filmmaking.”
